Cfare mund t'i ndodh nje lagjeje, kur rruget i transformohen nga korsi makinash ne hapesira per kembesore? What could happen to a neighborhood when streets are transformed from car lanes into pedestrian spaces?

Cdo te Djele (ashtu si dhe per festa) rruge te caktuara kryesore te Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, dhe komuna te tjera Kolumbiane perdoren vetem nga kembesoret: thjeshte si kalimtare ose per aktivitete argetuese dhe sportive. Transporti automobilistik eshte i ndaluar. Ky event quhet Ciclovía dhe i ka fillimet qe ne fund te viteve '70.
Each Sunday (and holiday) certain main streets of Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, and Colombian other municipalities, are used by pedestrians only: as passersby or for entertainment and sports activities. Automotive transportation is blocked off. This event is called Ciclovía and it has taken place since late the late 70s.

Programi Sunday Streets (Rruget te Djelen) eshte eksperimenti me i madh i ketij qyteti, ku me shume hapesira publike iu kthehen njerezve. Ne cdo event, disa kilometra rruge mbyllen per trafikun automobilistik dhe hapen per ecje, vrap, bicikleta, patina, dhe aktivitete nga me te ndryshmet. Organizatoret shpresojne se programi do te ndihmoje ne ndertimin e komunitetit lokal, permiresimin e shendetit, si dhe per promovimin e nje transporti te qendrueshem.
This initiative has inspired many other cities throughout the world. One of them is San Francisco, California.
San Francisco's Sunday Streets program is the city's biggest experiment to transfer more of the public realm to people. At each event, several miles of roads are closed to traffic and opened for walking, riding, and a variety of other activities. Organizers hope that the program will help build community, improve health, and promote sustainable transportation.

Sunday Streets, San Francisco's car-free "experiment", received a huge turnout. People flooded the streets.

How were local businesses affected?

Is closing the streets to cars (eventhough for a few hours) good or bad for local businesses?

Ne duhet te ndjekim kete shembull. Le ti kerkojme qytetit te Tiranes te provoje nje "eksperiment" te tille.

Ne Seattle Art Museum (SAM) eshte hapur ekspozita Burden of History (Barra e Historise), ne te cilen merr pjese dhe artisti shqiptar Adrian Paci. Koleksioni zbulon raportin e te kaluares dhe te tashmes (personale) te perjetuar nga ky grup artistash. Per shembull, Home to Go (Shtepia me Vete), skulptura e artistit shqiptar, ka lindur nga nje eksperience qe i ka ndryshuar jeten. Ne 1997, gjate trazirave politike dhe luftes civile ne vend, Paci u detyrua te emigroje ne Itali. Duke perdorur trupin e tij si model per te krijuar figuren, Home to Go qendron si nje metafor por dhe si nje perkthim i drejtperdrejt i efekteve te thella fizike dhe psikologjike te kesaj zhvendosje kulturore.

Nje artist bashkekohor me fame nderkombetare, Adrian Paci (1969) pati nje vleresim te madh ne Europe gjate viteve 90 dhe me pas ne Amerike (2005). I trajnuar ne pikture, media e tij e preferuar tashme perfshin videon, skulpturen, fotografine dhe instalimet. Punet e tij me te thella prekin tema te tilla si zhvendosja, kujtesa, ruajtja e se kaluares, si dhe shkembimi kulturor.

Lufta Civile ne Shqiperi ne vitin 1997 e shtyu Pacin te largohet ne Milano, ku vazhdon te jetoje bashke me familjen e tij. Ky event pati nje efekt rrenjesor tek artisti, duke e terhequr ate drejt veprave qe frymezohen, prekin dhe interpretojne temen e mergimit. Ne shume menyra, ai krijon imazhe qe kane te bejne me shkembimin e dy kulturave, pertej historise personale, per te pasqyruar nje kuptim me te gjere kolektiv te pervojes se emigrantit.

SAM po shfaq nje perzgjedhje te videove te Pacit gjate viteve 1997-2007, duke perfshire nje veper qe e beri te dominoje boten e artit kontemporan. Albanian Stories (Tregime Shqiptare, 1997) eshte nje nga videot e para qe ai beri ne Itali. Ne te, Jolanda (vajza e tij qe ne ate kohe ishte vetem tre vjec) rrefen perrallen e nje lope, nje mace dhe nje gjeli. Ky tregim eshte nje mix i se vertetes dhe imagjinates se saj. Ato cfare ajo kujton nga largimi jashte shtetit plekset me perrallen qe po i reciton shikuesve. Kjo pune aq sa dinamike dhe prekese eshte paraqitur ne pavionin e pare shqiptar ne Bienalen e Venecias ne vitin 1999.

PERfACTs

PERfACTs è il nome di questo BLOG virtuale.

Partendo dall’occidente in crescita - Detroit - passando nella confusionale Europa in crisi - Rimini - e per finire riprendendo vita nei Balcani a TIRANA.

Questa piattaforma on line offre ai giovani (albanesi e non) la possibilità di mettere alla pari la loro inventiva, aiutarsi a vicenda per scoprire nuove tendenze, avere un occhio di riguardo al territorio, salvaguardando la storia, cercare spunti nuovi e creare “il Nuovo Mondo”.

Sin dai primi giorni di vita del nostro blog abbiamo visto avvicinarsi timidamente i primi coraggiosi, le prime mail, i primissimi commenti e una grande voglia di scrivere e di condividere…gli articoli venivano divorati e subito si è sentita l’aria del cambiamento!

Noi trattiamo temi che ci ispirano, non parliamo di politica anche se questa è legata costantemente alla vita dei nostri paesi. 
Vogliamo che si continui a parlare delle persone, episodi di vita, di alternative alla noia e perché no a quelle attività con grande possibilità di successo! Invitiamo le persone che ci seguono in diverse attività culturali.

Uno dei nostri obiettivi è proprio quello di far parlare loro che sono il futuro ma al momento il presente sottovalutato…

Nei nostri temi parliamo di occupazione e invenzione, di ricerca e di studio. Si sa che studiare è dura ma solo attraverso una profonda conoscenza e studio si può chiedere di più dalla vita.

Il Futuro 

Abbiamo sostituito alla carta le pagine fatte di “bit” alle più piccole particelle un colore ed ecco anche sullo schermo scriviamo “nero su bianco”. Scriviamo della nostra vita, di problemi, gioie e altro, “buttiamo giù” i pensieri cancelliamo alla velocità della luce!

“Copy” / “Paste”, taglia, cuci, incolla… non abbiamo imparato a cucire i vestiti per i nostri figli ma a scrivere sulle pagine della nostra generazione…sempre più veloce!

“Saranno sostenute tutte quelle idee creative o progetti, che sono stati efficaci in altri paesi e che potrebbero avere la forza di portare beneficio adattandosi in Albania…"

Il Mondo Nuovo non è una parola inventata nel cuore della notte ma è quella che i giovani di tutte le generazioni, epoche e nazioni hanno cercato e continueranno a cercare sempre. Perché chi è giovane non si accontenta facilmente, non si ferma e non si fa bastare nulla, non trova pace finché non è veramente arrivato "al Nuovo Mondo”.

Un lavoro migliore?

Una nuova macchina?

Una casa più grande?

Un nuovo PC?

Si cerca l’idea “geniale” che lo farà respirare e VIVERE per il resto dei suoi giorni.

A Tirana al primo incontro

Abbiamo organizzato il primo incontro con i giovani albanesi che vivono a Tirana…solo perché  questi hanno in mano più strumenti innovativi in confronto ai loro colleghi nel resto dell’Albania. Nel futuro vogliamo andare a trovare giovani "creativi" anche di altre città in Albania...che inizialmente conosciamo on line grazie al BLOG!

Il 29 Ottobre 2011 presso uno dei (miliaia) locali di Tirana abbiamo festeggiato e presentato “dal vivo” il nostro Blog che è la nostra casa on line, dove potresti trovare delle idee anche tu che casualmente leggi!

Il web al giorno d’oggi diventa una necessità.

Tutte queste parole elencate in questa “brainstorm” e quanto,  molto, moltissimo altro ancora non detto e forse neanche ancora non immaginato si traducono in una pagina elettronica che mi divide e mi connette al mondo!

Una semplice pagina virtuale mi collega a tutto questo….un semplicissimo BLOG.

DISTANZE

Vivere lontani ormai non è più così difficile come un tempo, anche perché continuiamo a sostenere che il  mondo, con l’utilizzo sempre più frequente degli aerei, è diventato più piccolo.

Noi “ i giovani d’oggi", noi del web 2.0, abituati a viaggiare e a vivere fuori casa, per necessità utilizziamo sempre più quella rete virtuale wi-fi che una volta si chiamava telefono e collegava attraverso fili visibili, voci e metteva in relazioni costose le persone (conoscenti).

Adesso noi abbiamo in mano il cambiamento, una linea virtuale composta di aria e di fumo, di polvere e raggi, ma che collega mondi, etnie, religioni, paesi, culture e tante altre diversità! 

Questo nuovo strumento si chiama INTERNET e l’utilizzo nasce dalla voglia di stare sempre insieme, sempre connessi, sempre a casa.

La connessione internet costa poco ed è sempre più presente in tantissimi ambienti. Attraverso un telefonino android si può connettersi al "mondo".

Attraverso la tecnologia e l’internet siamo ormai in grado di sentire guardare e quasi odorare la persona che dall’altro capo del mondo parla la nostra stessa lingua o in una lingua comprensibile.

Siamo in grado di gestire i nostri spostamenti, di controllare la posizione dei nostri beni, avere sotto mano le questioni finanziarie e o sociali del nostro e di altri paesi, comprare e vendere on line, essere sempre informati quasi in tempo reale…e per tutto questo basta "imparare a navigare” in rete!

Questo ci ha spinto a creare un BLOG…creare una comunità!

La voglia di essere sempre collegata e vicina ai miei amici: della mia stessa lingua, provenienza. La curiosità di trovare nuovi amici (o colleghi) che parlano quella stessa lingua creativa, quel linguaggio che tutti, indipendente dall’età o posizione sociale sanno parlare e che è l’unico che salverà il mondo, il linguaggio della BELLEZZA!

Dalla necessità di condividere emozioni e pensieri, consigli e studi, ricerca e sviluppo nasce a distanze intercontinentali un’ IDEA…quella di creare un Blog “perfetto” che possa essere un ponte di collegamento, un binario di connessioni capace di portare gli uni agli altri collegandoci nelle “ferrovie internazionali on line”.
