" Vepra SEMAFOR e Klodian Dedes sugjeron një hapësirë tre dimensionale midis dy semaforëve që e vënë publikun në kushte perceptuese dhe e ben të zhvillojë emocione në një hapësirë ku mbretëron realiteti sensorial. 

Kemi të bëjmë me një ekspozitë “jo-të korrnizuar”, që del jashtë normave konvencionale të cilat marin në konsiderate artin pamor të lidhur ngushtësisht me volumin që zë në hapësirë, duke krijuar kështu një hapësirë mentale ku mendimi i mirëfilltë përzihet me perceptimin e trupit në një moment preçiz hapësinor/kohor. 

Përdorimi i hapësirës tre dimensionale në të cilën përdoret një formë arti jo material krijon premisat për një kategori estetike specifike e prirur me shumë drejt epistemologjisë se sa ontologjisë nëpërmjet trasgredimit të formave shprehëse formale, duke zhvilluar kështu përjetim shqisor, vizione, fantazi, dhe gjendje tensioni në hapësirën midis semaforëve striktë, të cilat provokojnë si konseguencë një realitet kontradiktor abstrakt e që e vendos publikun në kushtet e dilemave apo pikëpyetjeve të cilat paraqesin një analogji midis iluzionit dhe qëllimit. 

Cfarë mendimi objektiv sugjeron një hapësirë midis dy objekteve specifikë të përfaqsuar simbolikisht nga dy semaforë kushtëzues? 

Pergjigjet vijnë nga subkoshienca dhe sfera kulturore. 

Projekti SEMAFOR është pjesë e një kërkimi artistik dhe eskperimentimi estetik që nxisin refleksione mbi fenomene të rrafshit social kulturor politik. 

Në vetvete ky projekt përbën një qasje domethënëse që mbart modelin e vetëdijes për çështje të identitetit: nga vijmë, kush jemi, ku po shkojmë, duke shprehur këndvështrimin e tij për individin në raport me kohën që jetojmë." - Andi Tepelena

Klodian Deda lindur në 1984. Jeton dhe punon në Milano, Itali. Ka studiuar ne Akademinë e Arteve Brera Milano. Në 2008 për herë të parë ftohet në Art Kontakt Festival Sarandë dhe në vazhdim në festivalet e mëposhtëm: Art Kontakt Kavajë 2009, Art Kontakt Porto Palermo 2012, Himarë. Në 2009 bëhet pjesë e projektit "Krossing" 53° Bienale e Venecias. Ka ekspozuar në O.C.A Milano 2012, Caelum Gallery New Yourk 2012, Galeria San Lorenzo Milano 2009. Po ashtu në Konkurse-ekspozitë të perbashkëta si: " Internazionale Italia Arte 2010" Torino, "Sotiri 2011" Korçë, "Riciclati 2011" Padova, etj.

" Klodian Deda's work TRAFFIC LIGHT suggests a three-dimensional space between two traffic lights; inserting the public in a perceptual setting to cultivate emotions in a space where sentient reality prevails.

We are dealing with an "un-framed" exhibit that falls outside conventional norms and takes into account visual art as it closely relates to the extent of the volume it occupies, thus creating a psychological space where genuine thought merges with the perception of the body in a precise space/time momentum. 

Utilizing a three-dimensional space as an immaterial art piece establishes the premise for a specific aesthetic category leaning more towards epistemology than ontology through the transgression of the formal expression forms, developing a sensory experience, visions, fantasies, and a state of tension in the space between the austere traffic lights, which consequently provoke a contradictory abstract reality that puts the public in a dilemma or questionable position, thus presenting an analogy between illusion and purpose. 

What is the objective opinion suggested here, by the space between two specific objects symbolically represented by two contingent traffic lights? 

The answers come from the subconsciousness and the cultural domain. 

The TRAFFIC LIGHT project is part of an artistic search and aesthetic experiment that encourage reflection on the phenomena of the political, social and cultural kind. 

In itself, this project represents a significant approach conveying an identity awareness paradigm: where we come from, who we are, where we are going, expressing its point of view on the individual in relation to the time we live in." - Andi Tepelena

Klodian Deda born in 1984. Lives and works in Milan, Italy. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Brera Milan. In 2008 for the first time was invited to the Art Kontakt Festival Saranda and the following festivals: Art Kontakt Kavajë 2009, Art Kontakt Porto Palermo 2012, Himara.
