Biblio-Mat | A Vending Machine for Used Books

Shpalos imagjinatën e femijëve ndërsa i formon karakterin.

Book fairs are important events where new books can be showcased to the literary community as well as general public. It promotes learning through reading. It enfolds kids imagination while building their character. It enriches our cultural and social capacity. It has the potential to inform us of a better quality of life.

Now that Tirana Book Fair has ended, I'd like to introduce to all of you book enthusiasts another way to continue reading. This creative project comes from a Toronto used-books store.
Biblio-Mat is a random book dispenser with over 112 million titles. Only you won't know what you'll get until it's out. When a customer puts coins into it, the Biblio-Mat dramatically whirrs and vibrates as the machine is set in motion. The ring of an old telephone bell enhances the thrill when the customer’s mystery book is delivered with a satisfying clunk into the receptacle below.
The surprise is a great way to entertain customers and encourage reading new subjects.

This project joins a series of other creative ways that promote public reading. (here, here)
